The Plague’s Mission:
“We will unleash a Plague of frogs to combat the centralization of opportunity and corruption of power.”

We will accomplish this mission through three primary focuses.
Decentralize Opportunity
We will start with three paths to decentralizing opportunity.
- Commerce (i.e. NFT Projects, Web3 Businesses, gaming, etc)
- Real World Assets (👀👀)
- Charity
Fight Corruption
Fighting corruption is a necessary component to decentralizing opportunity. As long as there are a select few controlling the narrative and manipulating the market, the NFT space will not have equal opportunity. And when there are scammers preying on the newbies and the desperate, there will not be equal opportunity. We will fight both problems through proactive and reactive measures (i.e. scammer raids).

- Awareness (i.e. education, training)
Brand Building
A strong brand both inside and outside of the NFT community is essential for The Plague to accomplish its mission. While Decentralizing Opportunity and Fighting Corruption will themselves build a strong name, we must also work to learn and improve the Web3 space.
Sometimes this will be Frogs helping partner communities make their products better. Other times, we will need to tap the knowledge of the frogs to create our own innovations to the fill the known gaps.
We will:
- Engage in research and development
- Experiment with existing tools and help other projects become successful
- Use the frogs’ knowledge base to create our own innovations to the fill the gaps where needed

The Frog Tank
Focus Area(s): Decentralize Opportunity & Brand Building
You have the idea. We have the resources. Let’s get to work.
The Frog Tank is the incubator and launchpad for The Plague Community. With 11,300 potential Frogs there will be hundreds if not thousands of great ideas waiting to be brought to life.
What kind of ideas?
If you are a Plague NFT holder then you can submit your idea to our Frog Tank. Here is how the process will (tentatively) work.
- Submit your idea to our screeners → 🐸Screeners will also be frogs
- The screeners will ensure the plan and the values of the potential founder match the “Frog Tank Standards “(To be published after Army Mint)
- If accepted the plan moves to our Feasibility Sub Committee → 🐸Will be made up of frogs
- If your plan is deemed feasible then you will move to a pre-show vetting by the Frog Tank Decision Committee → 🐸Also made up of frogs including Da Pons (Twitter @a_pons_asinorum)
- If all parties agree then we will record a “Frog Tank Session” where you will present your idea virtually to the Frog Tank and you will agree to take questions live from any frogs that can attend.
- All frog holders will have an opportunity to vote for or against the project
- A Final Decision will be made after the recording and will be announced shortly after.
In short, our first step towards decentralizing opportunity is to bring opportunity to the frogs!

The information is everywhere and at the same time nowhere. Especially if you are new to the space, you are not part of an “alpha group”, or you don’t have time to look at social media all day.
The WAGMI Report is modeled off the popular American news website, www.drudgereport.com .
Phase 1: The WAGMI Report will be a news aggregator that is curated by a team of frogs (to be determined) and is updated throughout the day. We will aggregate news from all the sources listed above, plus a few more, and link right to them when possible.
In addition to breaking news stories, we will have 4 sections to help you safely navigate the NFT space.

- Potential Rug Pulls
- Rumors Section
Phase 2: We will continue to operate the Phase 1 plan, but we will also start testing decentralized news stories and leads that are posted by anonymous sources. These stories will then be “fact checked” in a decentralized manner by the community.
Phase 3: We hope to move to a fully decentralized news service that is fact checked by the community. No more centralized news services with inherent bias choosing what you can see and deciding what is true on your behalf.
Will it work? Two thoughts on that question.

Scam Identification and Mitigation Process (SIMP)
Focus Area(s): Fight Corruption & Brand Building
OBJECTIVE:
Create an automated process to accept various types of inputs, leverage the community knowledge to make decisions, and then take predetermined actions with limited (or no) manual interaction.
BACKGROUND:
Part of the Frog objectives is to help cleanse the Web3 space from “bad actors”. There will be several ways the Frogs accomplish this, but a core method will be using our numbers to quickly identify and act upon the threats.
While blueprinting our solution we identified other projects with similar goals. Many other services that would benefit the space have high potential ideas but lack a large community to move adoption forward. This conclusion led us to a modular design that focuses on the core competency of the Frogs, which is our active community.
SOLUTION SUMMARY:
The frog Scam Identification and Mitigation Process will partner with other groups to identify and collect information about possible scammers (Review). Once an agreed criteria is met (Trigger A), we will utilize a group-based voting platform (Vote) to determine our response (Trigger B). The Frog Community can then take an appropriate action (Act), based upon a collective voice of the community.

Ghost Town Showdown
We have entered into a strategic partnership with Ghost Town Showdown and will be a competing collection in their ‘Season 1 Tournament" and beyond. Additionally, we will have 3-D Avatars and the corresponding files for all 11,300 of our Frogs.
MEGAWEAPON
We have also entered into a strategic partnership with MEGAWEAPON. We will have a Plague Frog as an in-game avatar.
MEGAWEAPON is an industry disrupting kill-to-earn, battle arena game. Players can compete to win $WEAPON tokens.
