The time for change has arrived.
Look around the NFT space. Rug Pulls, scam artists, phishing attacks, and influencer coordinated pump n’ dumps happen daily.
Are “We all going to make it” (WAGMI)? No chance. But some of us will.
The hierarchies that form in every human group are forming within the NFT space. You could argue they are already in place. In a blink of the eye, the decentralized utopia filled with our anthropomorphic avatars has been seized and centralized by a select few. They did it behind our backs, but also right in front of our eyes. Often, their schemes were unwittingly cheered on with cries of “WAGMI” from those being duped.
It is the natural progression of things.
Every Project Is Different. Right?

So you stumble upon a cool PFP or an influencer that is shilling a certain project. You set out to do your own research (DYOR right?).
It is likely the project you are researching will list one, many, or all of the below “utilities.”
- A play to earn game (P2E)
- A coin that can be earned from staking (i.e. Passive income)
- Merch
- IRL Events
- Metaverse
- Breeding
- Comic Book
- Children’s Book
- DAO
- Blah
- Blah
- Blah
You get the picture.
Of course some of these projects will execute on these strategies and bring long term value to your investment. Some will execute poorly and leave you with just a JPEG. Some will just take your money and run.
How will you know before mint?

The roadmap for The Plague NFT could have been derived from the same place as most of the other projects you have minted. Straight out of our butts.
And we would sell just as many NFTs…

Phase 1: March 2022–1,300 Genesis Frogs (update 6/12/2024– we gave away 300 for free, and minted 1,000 — Phase 1 Completed)
Phase 2: April 2022–10,000 Warrior Frogs (update 6/12/2024– we minted 9,700 and burned 275 — Phase 2 Completed)
Phase 3: Q2/Q3 2022 — Unleash The Plague — (update 6/12/2024–— we did in fact unleash a Plague of frogs on the industry. Phase 3 Completed)
Phase 4: Q4 2022 — Goliath — (update 6/12/2024– Goliath is being fullfilled with Making Coffee.com and WenSwap.io — Phase 4 in progress)
Phase 5 : Q2 2023 — WAGMI Games — (update 6/12/2024– we did not have the resources nor the desire to create this. Nor was there demand from our customers. — Phase 5 — Cancelled )
Phase 6: Roadmap 2.0 is launched. We will find another crevice to pull it from. ( Update 6/12/2024 — There will be no Roadmap 2.0 — The Frogs have our purpose.)

Why should you hold our JPEG?
Our roadmap is purposely vague. That could be for two reasons.
- We don’t have a roadmap, and we don’t plan on executing anything.
2. Or, we don’t want to tip off our ideas to projects that have already minted, had no real plan on what to do after mint, but now have money to front run our ideas.
I will tell you it is number two. But you will have to decide which one you think it is and invest accordingly. If you believe it is #2, then continue to read.
So why this JPEG?
I am not an artist. I am not a gamer. I am not a WAGMI salesmen. I don’t smoke weed. I don’t do drugs. I don’t even know how I ended up here.
What I have done consistently was run successful organizations. Specifically, I have spent my career being placed in positions where change was needed or a turnaround of the business was required. What I am good at is assessing a business model, identifying an opportunity, creating a plan, and executing that plan.
The idea is the easy part. “Executing” a plan is where most people fail.
I said all of that to say this. We have identified multiple opportunities, and we have several variations of a plan to capture those opportunities, and we will execute to our plans.
That being said, this is a project to hold for the long term. Flippers are welcome, because that is revenue for us. But you will regret flipping in the long run.
You said “I” quite a bit up there
Nobody thinks it is more obnoxious to hear someone say the word “I” as it relates to the success of an organization than I do.
The success of this project is dependent on our team executing. However, as the founder of the project, I felt it was important for everyone to understand my background.
Many of the failed NFT projects out there failed because they had leaders with great ideas, but no idea how to execute them. Or they were lead by artists. Who could make really cool stuff, but had no experience with running an organization.
So Why Aren’t You Fully Doxxed?
Reason 1
I don’t want to. But I do have those on my team that are or will be doxxed. And they will know who I am. They will be under an NDA. However, that NDA will allow them to identify me under certain circumstances. I will make those NDA’s public.
Reason 2
All the mint revenues and the wallets they get paid to will be transparent. I am getting $0 personally from the Genesis Mint and only 10% from the Warrior Mint. This should alleviate concerns of a rug pull.
- I get 1 mint. Like all the Genesis Minters (DAO). This will be verifiable
- I get $0 of the Genesis Mint paid to myself. The wallets getting paid will be transparent.
- I do not get paid until the secondary sales kick in. And I only pay myself 10% of that

Some of you people are crazy and I don’t want you knowing who I am yet. However, I will doxx myself eventually.

Who is the rest of the team?
They will be named on the project website and the project Twitter page. BEFORE mint.
If you are not getting the mint money. Who is?
For our Genesis Mint:
We expect to sell 1,000 mints at 0.05 ETH. That is approximately $125 at $2,500 ETH. Which means we expect to net $125,000 in revenue on the first mint.

For our Warrior Mint:
We expect to sell 10,000 mints at $100 each. We will adjust ETH mint price the day of mint. That = $1,000,000 in revenue
- 10% will go to Dev
- 15% will go to marketing (receipts provided when marketing funds spent)
- 15% will go to charity
- 10% will go to advisors
- 10% will go to me or $100k. That might offset my initial investment. Might.
- 40% will go to community treasury to execute on roadmap
(EDITED: used to say → “will be distributed to the DAO” → This was incorrect terminology. Especially after gaining a thorough understanding of how the DAO process woks)

We will have a game. But this project is not about the game. We have much cooler stuff than that coming. The game is a fun addition and a money maker. It won’t be ready until 2023
